Specialisterne, S.L., la empresa social encargada de implementar el modelo “Specialisterne” en España, consistente en proporcionar formación y empleo a personas con Trastornos del Espectro Autista, inicia su primer curso de formación el próximo 30 de septiembre en ESADECREAPOLIS, en Sant Cugat del Vallès. El curso, de cinco meses de duración, permite desarrollar determinadas competencias profesionales y personales/sociales. Un equipo de 4 formadores –informáticos y psicólogos– se encargará tanto de proporcionar la formación técnica en informática como de ayudar a desarrollar las necesarias habilidades sociales para una exitosa integración sociolaboral.
Como parte del curso, se realizan prácticas para empresas, habiéndose acordado ya colaboraciones con varias entidades relacionadas con la informática dedicadas al desarrollo deapps para tabletas y móviles, a la implantación de SAP (software empresarial –o ERP– líder en el mundo) y a la migración de datos y páginas web.
Al finalizar el curso, y siguiendo el modelo de Specialisterne, la intención de la compañía es contratarlos para seguir prestando esos u otros servicios informáticos en áreas como el proceso masivo de datos o las pruebas de software, siempre intentado aprovechar al máximo el potencial de cada persona y, en especial, sus excelentes capacidades como la pasión por los detalles, la capacidad de concentración y la perseverancia para las tareas repetitivas. A la vez, Specialisterne proporciona a sus empleados un soporte continuo en los aspectos más personales/sociales para asegurar una correcta integración laboral.
De esta forma, Specialisterne proporciona oportunidades laborales y una carrera profesional sostenible para individuos que típicamente son excluidos del mercado laboral debido a su “discapacidad”, a pesar de su muy alto nivel de funcionamiento y sus capacidades especialmente adecuadas para determinados trabajos.
