#1 Haz tu propio dentífrico
Para una pasta de dientes y encías increíblemente eficaz, mezcla seis partes de bicarbonato de sodio con una parte de sal marina. Colócalos en la licuadora durante 30 segundos, luego ponlo en un recipiente para su uso, y ¡voilá! Humedece el cepillo dental y unta una pequeña cantidad de la mezcla, lava tus dientes durante unos minutos y luego enjuaga bien. Limpiarás tu dentadura de bacterias y tus dientes estarán blancos y brillantes, y tendrás una pasta libre de flúor.
#2 Exfoliante para rostro y cuerpo
Es muy sencillo, sólo tienes que mezclar tres partes de bicarbonato de sodio con una parte de agua. Frota suavemente sobre tu rostro o cuerpo con movimientos circulares para exfoliar tu piel, luego enjuaga. ¡Es tan suave que puedes usarlo a diario!
#3 Desodorante natural
Si deseas evitar los parabenos y el aluminio presente en muchos antitranspirantes, intenta con una pizca de bicarbonato de sodio y unas gotas de agua. Aplícalo directamente en las axilas, ¡verás cuán eficaz y sencillo es!
#4 Alivia el cansancio de tus pies
Sumerge tus pies en un recipiente con agua tibia y tres cucharadas de bicarbonato de sodio. Frota suavemente y relájate durante unos minutos, ¡notarás el alivio enseguida! Puedes agregar algunas gotas de aceite esencial de lavanda para un relax total.
#5 Limpia y suaviza tus manos
¿Necesitas neutralizar los olores en tus manos? Muy simple, mezcla tres partes de bicarbonato de sodio con una parte de agua, aplica esa pasta directamente y luego enjuaga. Tus manos quedarán limpias y suaves.
#6 Haz brillar tu cabello
En la ducha, espolvorea una pequeña cantidad de bicarbonato de sodio en la palma de tu mano, junto con tu champú favorito. Aplica y enjuaga como de costumbre. Verás que ayuda a eliminar los residuos de productos de peluquería y dejará tu cabello más limpio y brillante. ¡Anímate!
#7 Toma un baño desintoxicante
Añade ½ taza de bicarbonato de sodio a la tina: neutralizarás los ácidos de la piel, aliviarás dolores, comezones y al mismo tiempo desintoxicarás tu cuerpo. Puedes agregar también ½ taza de vinagre de manzana para un baño spa. Tu piel quedará muy suave. Ventaja adicional: se limpiará la bañera y el desagüe.
#8 Mantén tus cepillos y peines limpios
Si sumerges tus cepillos y peines en una solución de agua tibia y una cucharada pequeña de bicarbonato, lograrás eliminar el aceite natural y la acumulación de residuos de productos capilares. Enjuaga y déjalos secar. Esto ayudará a mantener tu cabello brillante.
#9 Limpia aparatos orales
Retenedores, ortodoncias, prótesis dentales: ponlas en un vaso con agua tibia y agrega dos cucharadas chicas de bicarbonato. Aflojará las partículas de alimentos y neutralizará los olores. Déjalos durante algunas horas. También puedes limpiarlos frotando un cepillo para aparatos orales con bicarbonato.
#10 ¿Acidez estomacal?
El bicarbonato de sodio es un antiácido seguro y eficaz para aliviar el ardor estomacal, acidez e indigestión. Agrega ½ cucharada chica a un vaso de agua segura. Puedes agregar también el jugo de un limón.
#11 Remueve astillas
Añade una cucharada de bicarbonato en un vaso pequeño de agua, sumerge el área afectada durante varios minutos, dos veces al día. Muchas saldrán luego de un par de días de estetratamiento.
#12 Trata las picaduras de insectos
Prepara un bálsamo con un poco de bicarbonato de sodio y agua, luego aplica la pasta sobre la picadura, ayudará a aliviar la comezón. También puedes intentar frotar el polvo seco sobre tu piel. Sirve para erupciones pruriginosas y el contacto con hiedra venenosa.
#13 Limpia frutas y verduras
Puedes limpiar frutas y verduras de manera segura: espolvorea un poco de bicarbonato de sodio en una esponja húmeda y limpia, friega y enjuaga.
#14 ¿Necesitas desodorizar tu calzado?
El bicarbonato de sodio es un desodorante natural que te ayudará a mantener tu calzado libre de malos olores. Espolvorea en ellos una o dos cucharadas mientras no están en uso y remueve antes de usarlos.
#15 Quita el mal olor de la ropa deportiva
El olor a sudor de la ropa de gimnasia puede ser neutralizado con media taza de bicarbonato en el ciclo de enjuague de tu lavadora.
#16 La ropa de tu bebé necesita un cuidado especial
La piel de los bebés requiere de la más suave limpieza. Para manchas difíciles agrega ½ taza de bicarbonato de sodio a tu jabón líquido, o ½ taza en el ciclo de enjuague para desodorizar.
#17 Los peluches de los niños ¡como nuevos!
Sus peluches preferidos quedarán con un fresco aroma si les das una ducha en seco: espolvorea con bicarbonato de sodio y deja reposar durante 15 minutos, luego retira el bicarbonato con un cepillo. ¡Adiós malos olores!
#18 Úsalo para limpiar tus pisos
Elimina la suciedad sin dejar rayones. Sobre tus pisos sin encerar, utiliza una mezcla de ½ taza de bicarbonato de sodio en un cubo de agua tibia, luego enjuaga. Si hay marcas de desgaste en ellos, puedes usar el bicarbonato en una esponja húmeda y limpia, enjuagando luego.
#19 ¿Desearías que tu alfombra luzca como nueva?
El bicarbonato de sodio elimina el mal olor de las alfombras: espolvorea sobre toda la superficie y deja reposar durante la noche o el mayor tiempo que sea posible. Luego puedes barrer la mayor cantidad y aspirar el resto. Como beneficio adicional, estarás limpiando tu aspiradora.
#20 Limpieza segura y efectiva sobre diversas superficies
Puedes utilizarlo para una limpieza segura y efectiva de las tinas de baño, azulejos, baldosas y también en la cocina. Espolvorea bicarbonato de sodio sobre una esponja húmeda y frota normalmente. Enjuaga bien y seca. Para una limpieza extra, haz una pasta con bicarbonato, sal y jabon líquido, aplica y deja reposar cinco minutos, luego frota y enjuaga. También puedes usarlo para limpiar ollas y vajilla.
#21 Quita manchas de aceite y grasa
¡No desesperes! Usa bicarbonato de sodio para limpiar el aceite y la grasa derramada sobre el piso de la cochera o el andén. Esparce bicarbonato en el lugar y frota con un cepillo mojado.
