Alejandro, gran dibujante, es capaz de hacer un puzzle de 1.000 piezas en dos tardes. Y Álvaro se adapta muy bien a las circunstancias. Son trillizos y tiene autismo. Viven en Sevilla y en diciembre cumplirán 19 años. Sus padres, Noelia y Jaime, de 42 y 45 años, dejaron hace tiempo la pescadería que poseían para ocuparse de sus hijos. Sobreviven con la Ley de Dependencia y el padre es el cuidador.

La suya es una historia de lucha en positivo que ha retratado el fotógrafo sevillano José Antonio de Lamadrid. Tras pasar 15 meses con la familia Morillo Aguilar Tres, Tres, Tres, obra realizada para la Fundación Autismo Sevilla, ha ganado el II Premio Internacional de Fotografía Documental Gea Photowords. «Son personas normales y corrientes, con sus necesidades», dice Lamadrid, quien cree que este trabajo ayuda a sensibilizar. «Deberíamos aprender de ellos su forma de entender la felicidad. Son claros y directos. Si fuéramos así, todo sería mejor», dice.
«Hay que normalizarlo» Atrás quedó el día en que Noelia supo la verdad. «Se me cayó el mundo, me desgarré por dentro, pero vives amargada, y ellos lo notan, o cambias el chip y lo haces con energía y alegría», declara. Alejandro y Jaime van al instituto y Álvaro al colegio de la asociación. «Esto no se cura, pero hay que normalizarlo para que sean felices», dice. En su época de adolescentes, la casa era un hervidero de hormonas. Ahora, toca apretar en la inserción laboral. ¿Su mensaje? Cualquiera puede ayudarles. «Forman parte de su educación y bienestar. Solo quieren cariño y vivir. Lo malo, las mentiras, el engaño y el sarcasmo no lo entienden». Eso sí, con esta realidad, «el nivel económico te lo revienta. Las terapias, individuales y necesarias, son caras» dice esta madre coraje que solo teme el día en que no pueda vivir con ellos.
