Empezar un lunes como el de hoy con alegría y energía, es fundamental para empezar este mes de septiembre con ganas, y para ayudarlos un poquitín queremos poner nuestro granito de arena con una receta muy simpática y amorosa donde el ingrediente principal son las fresas. Espero que disfrutes de estos corazones tan tiernos de fresa, Nutella y mermelada, porque están deliciosos.
INGREDIENTES
- Para unos 6 corazones
- 1 yema de huevo
- 1 cucharadita de agua
- 1 paquete de masa de hojaldre
- 6 cucharadas de Nutella
- 6 cucharadas de mermelada de fresas
- 2 fresas grandes, cortadas longitudinalmente con forma de corazón
- Azúcar moreno
Preparación
Pon a precalentar el horno a 180 grados y sobre la bandeja de horno, pon papel para hornear.
En un bol pequeño, mezcla la yema del huevo con una cucharadita de agua y deja reposar.
Estira la masa de hojaldre y córtala en rectángulos de aproximadamente unos 4 centímetros. En total han de salirte unos 12 rectángulos, ya que vamos a hacer 6 pastelitos.
Coge seis de los rectángulos y haz una forma de corazón en el centro de cada uno de ellos, con las fresas que has partido en forma de corazón como guía.
En los otros seis rectángulos restantes, extiende una cucharada colmada de Nutella, dejando siempre sitio para los bordes, sin poner relleno. Encima de la Nutella, pon una capa de mermelada de fresa y sigue dejando ese margen en el borde.
Coloca el corazón de fresa justo en el centro del pastelito, encima de la mermelada de fresa y cubre con la masa de hojaldre que hemos dejado reservada con la forma de corazón en el centro.
Sella los bordes de los pastelitos con la ayuda de un tenedor, y después con un pincel pinta todo el pastel con el huevo batido.
Una vez lo tengas, espolvorea con azúcar moreno.
Hornea durante unos 12 minutos o hasta que estén doradas y después deja que se enfríen durante unos 5 minutos antes de comerlas.
