Contratan perfiles distintos, publican la foto del equipo y declaran la misi\u00f3n cumplida. Una plantilla diversa donde solo unos pocos tienen voz no es inclusiva, es decorativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La inclusi\u00f3n real no se demuestra con campa\u00f1as, sino con participaci\u00f3n. Pertenecer no es estar presente en la lista; es poder disentir, proponer y equivocarse sin pagar un costo mayor que el resto.
