Contesta menos, sale menos, se apaga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despu\u00e9s de un per\u00edodo de tristeza intensa, de repente parece muy tranquilo. Esa calma a veces es la m\u00e1s peligrosa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lo que puedes hacer si notas algo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pregunta directamente. S\u00ed, con esas palabras: &#8216;\u00bfEst\u00e1s pensando en hacerte da\u00f1o?&#8217; No, no lo metes en la cabeza preguntando.
