Y no quedan. No por su capacidad. Y lo pagamos todos.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9nes quedan fuera con m\u00e1s frecuencia?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Personas con discapacidad f\u00edsica o sensorial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personas neurodivergentes: TDAH, autismo, dislexia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personas mayores de 45 a\u00f1os en b\u00fasqueda activa de empleo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quienes tienen condiciones de salud cr\u00f3nicas pero funcionales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personas que salieron del mercado laboral por cuidar a un familiar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lo que la inclusi\u00f3n realmente aporta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los equipos diversos no solo son m\u00e1s justos. Son m\u00e1s inteligentes. Resuelven problemas de formas que los equipos homog\u00e9neos no ven. Tienen perspectivas que el grupo cerrado nunca generar\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diversidad no es un favor.
